1. Who we are

The personal data operator is AirTech HVAC, Проспект Мангилик Ел, 23. Data questions: admin@airtech.kz.

2. What we collect

Only what you enter in the site forms yourself: name, phone, e-mail, company name, building name and address, your message and calculator results. Partners also provide a website and the partnership format.

We do not collect payment card data or identity documents.

3. Why

To prepare a commercial offer, contact you about your request, support the delivery and review partnership applications. The data is not used for mailings or advertising.

4. Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box in the form. The date and version of the consent are stored with the request.

5. Where and how it is stored

The data is stored in a database on a server located in the Republic of Kazakhstan. To answer quickly, a notification including your contact details is sent to staff via the Telegram messenger, whose servers are located outside Kazakhstan.

Only sales staff and administrators can access requests. Sign-in is protected by a password and a one-time code, and every sign-in is logged.

6. Retention

Up to 24 months from the request if it did not lead to a contract; then the data is anonymised automatically. Data related to signed contracts is kept for the periods required by law.

7. Your rights

You can find out what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw consent by writing to admin@airtech.kz. We reply within the time limits set by Kazakhstan law.

8. Cookies and analytics

The site uses strictly necessary cookies only. Forms are protected from spam by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process your IP address and technical browser data. No third-party analytics are installed.

9. Changes

Version of 2026-10-24. If the policy changes, the version date on this page is updated.
